Comment-to-Conversion Workflows
A comment-to-conversion workflow turns buying questions left in social comments into qualified inquiries. Rithm Digital plans, builds and measures the path: a relevant public reply, an invitation to continue privately, voluntary lead capture, CRM routing, approved follow-up and a clear next step such as a booking, quote request or purchase.
We are the strategy and implementation agency. We configure workflows on platforms and tools your business is approved to use. We do not sell or own the underlying social platforms or third-party automation products.

Why comments matter
People ask real buying questions in public: price, availability, service area, sizing, dates. Those questions often go unanswered for hours or get lost between team members.
Paid ad comments
Comments on sponsored posts come from people you paid to reach. Slow or missing replies waste that spend. We plan reply rules alongside the campaign.
Organic post comments
Organic conversations carry context from your audience and community. Replies should sound like your brand and avoid pushing a sale where it does not fit.
Signals worth routing
We define which phrases count as intent, which are support issues and which should be left alone, so automation only acts where it helps.
Public replies and private conversations
The public reply answers what can be shared openly and invites the person to continue privately if they want to. We never ask for phone numbers, emails or addresses in a public thread.
A comment on its own is not permission for ongoing marketing by DM, SMS, email or WhatsApp. Private conversations start only where the platform allows it and the person chooses to engage. Inquiry handling and optional marketing consent are captured separately.
- Reply rules per post type and campaign
- Private conversation entry only where platform rules allow
- No contact details requested in public
- Clear option to talk to a person at any point
Platform approval and permissions
Messaging features differ by platform, account type, region and approval status, and platforms change their rules. Before building, we confirm which channels your accounts can use and what permissions or reviews are required. Some platforms may only support manual or assisted replies for your setup, and we will say so.
Training on your business knowledge
AI replies are only as accurate as the approved information behind them.
- Services, service areas and hours you approve
- Pricing language you approve, or a handoff when pricing needs a person
- Topics that always go to staff (complaints, refunds, urgent requests)
- Tone and wording guidelines for your brand
Lead capture, CRM routing and follow-up
- 1
Voluntary lead capture
Collect only the fields needed to respond: name, preferred contact method, what they need, and location if relevant.
- 2
Separate channel consent
Optional, unchecked choices for ongoing marketing per channel. Requesting service never requires promotional consent.
- 3
CRM routing and deduplication
Where an approved CRM integration exists, new inquiries are matched to existing contacts and routed to the right person or pipeline.
- 4
Follow-up and human handoff
Approved follow-up messages for the inquiry, with rules for when a staff member takes over.
How results are measured
We measure business outcomes where the data exists: qualified leads, booked calls, quote requests, response times, source attribution and confirmed purchases when your checkout or POS is connected. A click or a DM opened is not a sale, and reports label each metric for what it is.

Frequently asked questions
Does this send automatic DMs to everyone who comments?
No. Private conversations start only where the platform allows it for your account and the person chooses to engage. Some setups use assisted replies where staff approve each message.
Which platforms can this work on?
It depends on the platforms you use, your account types and current platform approvals. We confirm what is available for your accounts before building.
Is a comment consent to marketing?
No. A comment lets you reply to that comment. Ongoing marketing by email, SMS or WhatsApp needs a separate, clear opt-in for that channel.
Do you own the automation software?
No. Rithm Digital is the strategy and implementation agency. We configure approved third-party platforms and your existing tools.
How is pricing set?
Pricing is scoped based on channels, workflow complexity and your existing stack. We confirm scope and cost before any work starts.
