Orchestration service

AI Marketing Automation

AI marketing automation connects the steps between first interest and a sale: capture, qualification, routing, follow-up and reporting. Rithm Digital maps your current journey, connects the tools you are authorized to use, and adds AI where it saves time without removing human judgment.

This service coordinates the whole system. Building a custom AI agent is covered by AI Agent Development, and our packaged home-services follow-up offer is Rithm Automations.

How this differs from our other AI services

AI Marketing Automation

Cross-channel orchestration: ads, social, forms, CRM, email and reporting working as one journey.

AI Agent Development

Designing and building a specific conversational agent. Often one component inside an automation.

What we implement

  1. 1

    Map the journey

Document every entry point, response step and handoff, including where leads are lost today.

  2. 2

    Define qualifying fields

Agree the minimum information needed to route and respond. Nothing extra.

  3. 3

    Connect authorized integrations

Link the ad platforms, forms, CRM and inbox you already use, where their APIs and your plans allow.

  4. 4

    Route leads

Rules for assignment, deduplication and priority so the right person sees each inquiry.

  5. 5

    Approved nurture

Follow-up sequences written or approved by you, sent only to people who opted in to that channel.

  6. 6

    Test and add fallbacks

Test cases for each path, plus fallbacks when an integration or AI response fails.

  7. 7

    Attribution

Tag sources so reports connect campaigns to qualified leads and, where connected, confirmed revenue.

  8. 8

    Optimize

Review conversations and outcomes and adjust rules, copy and routing.

Where people stay in control

  • Pricing exceptions, complaints and refunds go to staff
  • Staff can take over any conversation
  • New nurture copy is approved before it sends
  • AI answers are limited to approved business information

How pricing works

Pricing depends on the number of workflows and channels, the tools in your stack and the integration work needed. We scope it after the strategy call and confirm cost before starting. Third-party software subscriptions and ad spend are separate.

Frequently asked questions

Do we need to replace our CRM?

Usually not. We start with the tools you already use and only suggest changes when an integration is not possible or the current setup blocks the workflow.

Which integrations are supported?

It depends on each tool's API and your subscription level. We confirm integrations during scoping rather than promising universal compatibility.

Will AI talk to customers without oversight?

Only within the rules and information you approve, with clear handoff points. Sensitive topics always route to staff.

Can you prove revenue impact?

When your checkout, POS or CRM records closed sales and is connected, reports can attribute confirmed revenue. Otherwise we report leads, bookings and quote requests and label them as such.

Plan your automation around real bottlenecks

On the strategy call we map your current journey and tools and identify which integrations are needed. You get a clear scope before any commitment.
